1. Custom CNC Machining (Milling & Turning) 

Engineered for mechanical durability and precise print specifications. We process functional metal alloys (Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass) and engineering plastics (ABS, PC, PEEK, POM) with rapid setups.
  • Tolerance: Standard machining tolerances down to ±0.025 mm (±0.001 inches).
  • Capacity: Large-format milling up to 4000 x 1500 x 600 mm; CNC turning up to 200 x 500 mm.

2. Industrial 3D Printing (SLA, SLS, FDM) 

The fastest route for complex geometries and presentation models. We produce high-fidelity parts with a standard lead time of 4-6 days. 
  • Tolerance: ±0.2 mm (adding just 0.15% for parts over 100mm). 
  • Capacity: Massive single-piece build volumes up to 1400 × 700 × 500 mm. 

3. Vacuum Casting (Polyurethane Casting)

A reliable, low-tooling-cost solution for small-batch validation. Replicate production-grade injection-molded aesthetics and mechanical properties for quantities from 10 to 100+ parts.
  • Tolerance: Dimensional stability controlled at ±0.15 mm / 100 mm.
  • Materials: Polyurethane resins accurately mimicking ABS, PC, PMMA, and high-elongation rubber.

4. Rapid Injection Molding & Tooling

Bridge the gap to full-scale production. Ideal for rigorous testing in medical, automotive, and consumer electronics. We offer expedited lead times as short as 5 days. 
  • Tolerance: Mold cavity precision of ±0.05 mm. 
  • Capacity: Accommodating large components up to 1200 × 1000 × 500 mm. 

5. Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication

Streamlined fabrication for flat parts and enclosures, ready for testing in just 1-2 business days. Working with aluminum, stainless steel, and copper alloys. 
  • Tolerance: Cutting ±0.2 mm, Bend Angle ±1.0°.

6. Finishing & Quality Assurance

We provide standardized post-machining surface treatments, including bead blasting, anodizing, powder coating, and custom color-matched painting. Every project undergoes thorough quality inspections with calibrated measuring instruments to verify final tolerances before packaging.
